Whys Advice

I recently found a podcast called "Whys Advice" (advice on finding your "why", in relation to weight loss). One of many great pieces of advice from FatDag is to set an attendance goal at the gym - not a performance goal. Make it a habit to just show up and do something. That is my goal for this week (with the exception of Wednesday) - to do something active every day. No excuse - even if I can't make it to the gym, we do own a treadmill. I can't run, but I can walk and I can bike. (BTW, he also has a YouTube channel). I love his podcast - tremendously motivational!
