Gym this evening with my hubby.  We did a series of upper-body exercises, and then I did half an hour on an exercise bike.

Upper body weights - all are 3 sets / 12 reps unless stated otherwise.
Chest press @ 40 lbs
Pec fly @ 65
Seated row @ 85
Shoulder press @ 35
Bicep curl @ 40
Tricep press @ 70
Tricep pushdown @ 20 (1 set)

This was my bike session:
